This policy explains how Dedott FZCO (“Dedott”, “we”), a free zone company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, handles personal data collected through dedott.com. We follow applicable data protection law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What we collect

  • Enquiry forms (contact, partner and floor-plan forms): your name, email, phone number, company, country, project details and message — only what you choose to send.
  • WhatsApp, phone and email: if you contact us this way, we receive your number or email address and your message.
  • Website analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and clicks on contact buttons). Google Analytics uses cookies and does not give us your name.
  • Your browser: the site stores small settings in your browser, such as whether you have closed the cookie notice or the offers pop-up.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and support your project.
  • To manage our relationship with partners, integrators and resellers.
  • To improve the website and see which pages are useful.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it

  • Hostinger — hosts this website and our email.
  • Google — Google Analytics, and Google Sheets, where form enquiries are logged for follow-up.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — if you message us on WhatsApp, their own privacy policy applies.

These providers may store data outside the UAE. We only share what is needed to run the website and respond to you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and business correspondence for as long as needed to respond, deliver projects and meet legal and accounting obligations. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Your choices and rights

  • You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, or ask us to correct or delete it.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
