2.1 — The Affordable Upgrade

A stereo pair of speakers plus one subwoofer. The simplest way to add real depth and bass to an existing TV or living room setup, without a full rebuild.

5.1 — Classic Home Cinema

Five speakers — front left and right, a center channel, and two rear surrounds — plus one subwoofer. The standard, well-rounded home cinema layout.

7.2 — Full Immersion

Seven speakers and two subwoofers for a larger room or a dedicated cinema space, giving a fuller, more enveloping sound field from every seat.

What's the difference between 2.1, 5.1, and 7.2?
